   Southwest Clay Annexation News - City of Carmel takes case to the Indiana Supreme Court  Sept, 2006:  The most recent attempt by the City of Carmel to annex Southwest Clay has taken a interesting turn.  Having been turned down by the Hamilton County Superior Court, the City of Carmel has bypassed the Court of Appeals and has taken the case directly to the Supreme Court.  The case is on a tight timeline.  The Southwest Clay Community Association will incur significant additional legal expense to fight for lower taxes!  Find out how can you help here.
